What is EMS technology?
EMS is the abbreviation of Muscle Electrical Stimulation. According to human neurological research, 600 electronic pulse currents per minute directly acting on the muscle nerves can reach the fat body deep and stimulate the densest nerves to induce muscle contraction. Simply put, EMS allows the body to produce passive movement.

How to use:
Step 1- Open the back cover of the main unit and install 2 AAA batteries
Step 2-Install the host on the foot pad (note: both buckles must be tightened)
Step 3-The main unit uses the foot massager: Press the power "ON/INC" key to turn on the main unit/increase the intensity, press the "PROGRAM" to adjust different modes, press the "OFF/DEC" key to turn off the main unit/decrease the intensity
Actual usage:
① Click "ON/INC" to turn on
②Click "PROGRAM" adjustment mode (Note: As long as you turn on the machine, please remember to click adjustment)
③Click "ON/INC" again to start the machine officially (it will be the lowest gear at the beginning, and the feeling is not obvious, click "ON/INC", click once to increase the intensity)
④Finally click "OFF/DEC" to turn off the host (because this button has a weakening function, so before turning off the host, click until the lowest intensity will shut down)
★Precautions★
1: Put the host on the mat, make sure your feet are completely on the mat for 6 seconds. (Because it is the reason of the positive and negative poles, once one of the feet leaves the mat, you need to restart the host)
2: If you click to turn on, but do not follow the sequence of "ON/INC"-"PROGRAM"-"ON/INC"-"OFF/DEC", your foot pads are not normally turned on!
3: Generally, when you increase the gear for the third time, you can obviously feel the vibration of the foot meridian. If you do not increase/decrease, you may not feel the electrical stimulation.
4: The EMS type pad will automatically close after running for 15-20 minutes.
